Exploring the human side of work through research and experience in international creative production.

SOMETHING ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Eleonora.
My background combines organisational psychology, quantitative research and over ten years in international creative production. Research on workplace relationships and employee well-being sits alongside practical experience coordinating teams, improving workflows and representing employees during organisational restructuring.
My career in London's VFX industry spanned film, television, advertising and immersive productions at Industrial Light&Magic (Disney), Framestore and MPC. Working in international, project-based organisations with high employee turnover and tight deadlines strengthened a longstanding interest in how workplace relationships, management practices and organisational structures affect well-being, collaboration and performance.
That interest led to a BSc in Psychology, completed alongside full-time employment with First Class Honours, followed by an MSc in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, both BPS accredited programmes. This academic training was enriched with a year-long CMI Level 3 leadership apprenticeship, which was completed with distinction, and certification as a Lumina Spark Practitioner.
Research across both degrees examined the organisational and relational resources that support people at work: from flexibility, organisational support and control over work-life boundaries in hybrid creative work, to perceptions of identity recognition, informal power and contact quality in coworker relationships. Both projects combined critical literature review, survey design and quantitative analysis to address questions grounded in workplace experience.
I'm interested in organisational and behavioural research, as well as applied work on organisational development and change, team collaboration and employee well-being—applying research and first-hand industry experience to understand how people interact at work and develop evidence-informed solutions.

Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) (Lvl. 3)
1 year Leadership internship provided by Framestore through Instep UK which provides a certificate of ability with ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).
The programme is designed to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be an effective first line manager. Duties include organizing projects; creating plans for workloads and overseeing them through completion; identifying solutions to complex problems that arise throughout execution; fostering relationships with internal/external teams; delegating responsibilities among subordinates when required and making sure companies align with GDPR and policy compliance. This was done alongside my job and put into practice every day. The final exam was about my role during the company's redundancies.
